March 2

In Matthew 21:33-46, Jesus tells the parable of the tenants, where tenants of a vineyard kill the owner's servants sent to collect the rent and finally kill the owner's son. Jesus pronounces the fate of those who have rejected the Son, saying (v.43) "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit." I ask myself if I'm the one from whom the kingdom will be taken or the ones who will produce its fruit. It's kinda scary, but God is graceful and the giver of hope.

Your reflections are enlightening!During the recent hillsongs's conference, one of the message I kept on receiving is that IF you are not ready to do God's work, or keep on disappointing him/not exercising your faith, God WILL pass us by, He can always use another person, you know. It's up to US if we want to take on the responsibility and Be BLESSEd along the way and be like all those bible characters that have taken up the challenge, like Esther, adn Jesus, obviously... "let your will be done!"
