Matthew's verse impacted me the most: the idea tht God is waiting for the final judgement to decide the fates of all: it must be because I went to the Sistine Chapel today in Rome where Michalengelo vividly painted the Last Judgement and all these doomed men heading down to Hell as inspired by Dante's inferno looked so FINAL. And that the ones hanging on the 'bed of cloud' with Jesus and Mary were the saints, who all suffered tremendously on Earth but looked so contented and SAVED after that..so really, we have to start living the paths we choose WHOLEHEARTEDLY. If there is total redemption and total damnation, likewise it must be the same for the way we live our lives right? Like we are TOTALLY saved or TOTALLY ignorant. (Of course this is me being dramatic and I know that I will always struggle in this effort)

Hello, I am Mun Hong and thank you for allowing me to join this study. Hope this series will be greatly encouraging for you all as it has been for me. I started on this day and the part that spoke to me most was on Psalms 31 was the way David seeked God as his refuge in Psalms 31. He takes God as his fortress and commits his spirit to Him. And he writes to God, "For the sake of your name lead me and guide me" showing how I guess God will ultimately guide us toe the glory of His name, which is something I take alot of comfort in.
