In Exodus, I find it interesting how Moses asked God how to describe Him and God answered, "I AM WHO I AM.., tell Egypt that, 'I AM has sent me to you' ". God is eternal and almighty-it's as simple as that-yet we fear and worry and doubt so easily!
In Psalms: 'Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord?...He who has clean hands and a pure heart". I wonder if I have a pure heart-in the sense of being 'pure'. What is one? Would you know you had one if you were pure-hearted? Sorry these are hypothetical questions, and I think that we can strive to be pure-hearted and it is really, an initiative from bothHoly spirit and ourselves-through our conscience, etc.
This verse from Matthew is something for me to chew on:
" He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it."
